If you want to practice some specific skills, to get better techniques, to try to improve your personal best (PB) or simply make some fun dives, your Pranamaya freediving instructor will spend the day with you and will gives you all the tips you need to improve your abilities.
The training is done into cenotes that offers perfect conditions for freediving, no waves nor current and depth. We change cenote each day so you can discover more locations and enjoy more the area.
Ask us by filling the form for our schedule and our training package prices. Each training includes transportation, an introduction to the cenote, some stretching prior the dive, 2 to 3 hours training in the cenote and lunch into a local restaurant.
