The “Azul Freediving Challenge Spring 2025” is a freediving competition for both beginners and advanced athletes. Certified divers from all over the world gather at Cenote Yum Ki’n, a deep and perfect location in Mexico, ideal for freedivers who want to explore the world of competitive freediving.
For 3 days, participants will do their best to accumulate points and reach the podium. The winners of each category will receive prizes from our sponsors at the closing ceremony! Additionally, there will be a 70-meter challenge with a cash prize.
The editions held in 2024 were a huge success, with many personal bests and national records set.

We organize training days for all competitors, providing the same conditions as the competition. This includes a full safety team, counterweights, tags, countdown, start list, and other essential elements to ensure you are fully prepared for the event.
AIDA DEPTH SAFETY WORKSHOP

These 2-day AIDA Official Depth safety cours help freedivers get acquainted with the safety procedures, rules, and protocols used during AIDA competitions, ensuring they’re well-prepared to be part of a safety team.

MADRE TIERRA ECO HABITAT HOSTAL is located about 10 minutes by car from the cenote we will use for the competition. The villas offer a jungle experience in cabañas with a courtyard and a sitting area. Additionally, guests can use an outdoor dining area for cooking.
