Services Offered
Pranamaya Freediving offers a range of services including excursions, AIDA courses, training, competitions, and trips related to freediving and snorkeling.
The availability of these services may vary based on factors such as location, instructor availability, and weather conditions.
Booking and Payment
Booking can be done by contacting us directly by Whatsapp o mail.
Booking is done once we receive the deposit we agreed on (deposit or bank transfer). The rest of the payment is due on the first day of activity. You can pay by card or cash (pesos or US dollars).
Cancelations Policies
Participation Requirements
Participation in our services may require a certain level of physical fitness and health.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or other relevant information that may affect your ability to participate safely. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who we believe may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Alterations to Itineraries
Although every effort is made to adhere to the announced schedules and itineraries, Pranamaya Freediving reserves the right to alter any schedules and itineraries at any time for any reasons.
During all our excursions/ trips… there is no guarantee to find the wildlife but we will do everything possible to make it happen. There will be no refund in case we don´t meet the wildlife.
Code of Conduct
We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
Pranamaya Freediving will not be responsible for or liable to any Client who commits an illegal or unlawful act in any way. The Client may be excluded from the trip/course/excursion without any refund of the activity booked. If Pranamaya Freediving considers the Client unsuitable for any activity, it may in its absolute discretion cancel such Client’s booking or decline to carry the Client further if that Client causes danger, inconvenience or annoyance to other clients. If Clients are found to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs prior to any activity, the tour will be cancelled with no refund.
Authority on Tour
Our guides prioritize your safety and may interrupt the activity if they identify any safety hazards or risks that need attention. The decision of the Pranamaya Freediving driver, instructor and/or guide will be final to ensure the safety of the group. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or offensive may result in immediate expulsion from our services without refund.
Safety and Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our participants, freediving inherently carries risks as well as meeting wildlife and animals. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate insurance coverage for any potential injuries or accidents. Pranamaya Freediving, its instructors, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in our services.
Photographic Material :
Be aware that our staff could take pictures or videos of the clients while on tours, courses, training or any activities booked with us. Pranamaya Freediving reserves the right to use the materials for advertising or materials production without obtaining consent from the client or offering any compensation. We reserve the right to use all the material.
